We are JPS Leicester Limited. We are a professional home improvement services business. We only store the personal information you provide to us and we do so only in the performance of our service to you. For example, we will include your name and contact information on a quote or invoice.

Types of data we collect:

Website Cookies

Google Analytics

When someone visits mjfmidlands.co.uk we use a third party service called Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things like the number of visitors to our site and how long they were there. This information is anonymised, which means we cannot identify anyone personally. Neither do we make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Mailing Lists and Contact Forms

We don’t have a mailing list. But we do allow you to submit your details to us via a form on our website. We ask for your name (so we know who we’re talking to) and your email address and phone number (so that we can reply) and that’s all. Any other information you share with us after that is used solely for purposes of doing business together. For example, you will need your property address so we know where the property works are taking place.

The contact form sends your message and details to us through a messaging app called WIX and via email. Your message is then stored on our contact database and email server. If you’re not happy with this, please don’t use the contact form. You can call us or send us an email directly.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold about you. Email your request to our data protection officer Joseph Godfrey at info@jpsleicester.co.uk.
