Our delivery policy
Delivery from £10 for up to ten bulk bags of fire wood when delivered to the same address.
Delivery dates are best estimates. If we cannot deliver on the date you have selected we will contact you ahead of time to confirm a new delivery timescales. All products will be delivered within 8 weeks of order placed (unless it is a pre-order item) or a full refund will be given.
We will not provide a specific delivery time until the day of delivery. You will receive automated delivery tracking notifications through message and/or email.
Pay online for the convenience for the convenience of an unattended delivery. As long as there is a suitable place for us to unload the delivery then you won't have to wait in for us!
If you choose 'cash on delivery':

Please have the cash on-hand to pay the delivery driver.

A person over the age of 18 must be available to receive the delivery.

We will not deliver to an unattended property or location for cash customers.

We will not unload the delivery until payment is received. We allocate 15 minutes for each delivery.

If we are unable to deliver within this timeframe our driver will continue their delivery round and you must re-book and pay for another delivery slot.
If you choose to make an online payment:

We are happy to deliver to an unattended property where the payment has been made online.

There must be a location to the front of the property for us to unload the delivery i.e., front garden, driveway or patio.

If we are unable to identify a suitable location to unload the delivery and you are not at the location to receive the delivery then you must re-book and pay for a new delivery slot.
